- Examinations are carried out throughout Greece, twice a year at levels B1, B2, C1, C2.
- They meet all the standards of quality and fair conduct.
- They are supervised by a public-school unit officer (director, high school principal, head teacher).
- They are supervised by representatives of the ESB, who are at the examination centres during the examination period, in order to check the impeccable and smooth conduct of the examinations.
- Continuous training of the staff of the examination centres (Leaders, Heads, Supervisors, Oral Examiners) is carried out by representatives of the institution.
- Continuous information and training of owners, professors and candidates is provided by specially trained individuals of the University.
- Compulsory examination of all four basic skills required under the Common European Framework (reading, writing, listening, speaking).
